Front-End ATM Solution

INFOMAX has extended its solution by providing the Front-End ATM implementation and consulting service to member banks that would not like to invest its owned ATM system but rather like to enjoy the economy-of-scale by outsourcing it to the experienced service provider. Its service scope is to customize the front-end ATM system to be able to handle all of the ATMs transactions since they originate from the ATM until they are authorized at the member banks.

In the scope of Front-End ATM outsourcing service functions are as follow:-

• Deposit function:
• Balance Inquiry function
• Fund Transfer function
• Bill Payment
• Utility payment
• Credit card payment
• Cash withdrawal by credit card

However, the functional features can be customized as per customer’s requirement.
