iMaxCard (Card Management System)

iMaxCard is a web-based card management application designed to provide a robust and flexible solution associated with issuing cards and the provision of administrative functions for the card during its lifetime of use by the cardholder.  It offers rich functionalities in managing the life cycle of issued cards in a highly secured manner.

Key Functionalities

iMaxCard’s functionalities cover areas in the configuration and administration management.  The major operational domains are System Security & Administration, day-to-day Card Management, and Back Office activities.  The operational aspects covered are:


  • System Security & Administration module features are:
    • Registering new users into the system
    • Provide secured access to the Card Management and Back Office application Assign access right to authorized users based on their role
    • Create additional right, apart from the assigning roles
    • Provide audit trails and logs for audit review and subsequent action
    • View audit reports such as User Maintenance report, User Profile report, and User Activity Log Report, and
    • Key Management Function.
  • Card Management System module features are:
    • Configure BINs and adding cards
    • Add cardholder profile to the database
    • Manage account and card relationship
    • Facilitate both pre-assigned and instant issuance of card
    • Support multiple formats of profile of card vendors
    • Re-issue or replace cards
    • Maintain or change card status in real time
    • Generate embossing and PIN files, and
    • Generate detail reports
  • Back Office System module features are:
    • Detect suspicious or unusual financial transactions
    • Search cards and accounts registered in the system
    • Review administrative transactions (for example, cash balancing)
    • Search and retrieve group of ATM/CDM devices detail, or status of a particular device
    • View cash position, and
    • Provide detail information for dispute resolution with VISA & MASTER
